Thank you for choosing Expressive Health Creative Art Therapy. These Terms & Conditions outline important information about our work together.

Services Provided

Expressive Health offers creative art therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups. This includes both in-person and online sessions where agreed.

Confidentiality

All information shared in sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others, child protection concerns, or court order).

Fees and Payment

Session fees will be discussed and confirmed prior to your first session. Payment is required on the day of service unless otherwise arranged. Invoices may be provided upon request.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We ask for at least 48 hours; notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours; notice may incur a full session fee (see Cancellation Policy below).

Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments without notice, may be charged at 100% of the session fee.

Exceptions: We understand emergencies happen. If you experience illness or an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.

Risks and Benefits

Art therapy can bring up strong emotions. While many people find it helpful, there may be periods of discomfort as we explore personal topics.

Record Keeping

Session notes are kept in a secure, confidential system, in line with PACFA and Australian privacy requirements.

By attending sessions with Expressive Health, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
