*Family Therapy 90-min Rate ($290): Refracts additional complexity—covering parent/carer pre-consultation, multi-participant relational facilitation, post-session debriefing, and specialized multi-client clinical documentation.

NDIS Access: Available for self-managed and plan-managed participants under Capacity Building line items. Travel for home, school, or community visits is billed at $0.97/km plus travel time charged in accordance with NDIS schedule guidelines.

GST Exemption: Creative arts therapy provided by a registered therapist is GST-free under Australian healthcare tax provisions.

Cancellation Policy: 48 hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations under 48 hours incur 50% fee; under 24 hours or non-attendance incur 100% fee.
